Our staff members who are carefully selected, thoroughly screened, professionally dressed, supervised with in home visits, skills-tested annually, and attend monthly on-going caregiver education. We know one of the most important aspects of home care is the relationship that is developed between the client and the caregiver. Catalina makes every effort to schedule the same caregivers to the client's home on a regular basis. This continuity serves both the client and their caregiver.
